Chicken Patties

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | cooked chicken, shredded | |
|

|||
| 15 | saltine crackers, crushed | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | green onions, finely chopped | ||
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the chicken, cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Heat oil in large skillet; fry patties over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
